My name is Caroline Glass and I am fortunate to be working with you and your child this year! This will be my eighth year at Dorchester.  

I graduated from West Virginia University and majored in Physical Education and Health. I received my Elementary Education and Special Education certifications at Felician College. My teaching career began in Pateron, NJ where I taught Kindergarten and 1st grade in inclusive classroom setting.

I believe that all students learn differently, and that it is my responsibility to make sure that all learners needs are met. I look forward to facilitating each child's academic, social, and emotional growth. In order to achieve this I will be utilizing a variety of teaching strategies to help all of my students reach their individual goals!
