**If your child tests positive, please keep them home, notify the nurse at their school, and wait further guidance.

If you have an updated physical, please be sure to send it in so that I have the most up-to-date information on your child(ren). Thank you.

Please note, before returning to school, students must be:
-fever free for 24 hours without medication
-no vomiting for 24 hours

It is important to notify the school, and myself, about any injuries your child may have sustained during non-school hours... especially if the student will be coming into school wearing a brace, splint, etc. along with any activity restriction(s). Any activity restriction beyond 2 days requires a note from a physician. Please be mindful that if a child is being excused from Physical Education (PE), they will also NOT be able to participate in recess.

Please continue to call in absences to the main office @ 201-930-5600 x165. Sharing the reason for your child’s absence allows us to better keep the community up-to-date of things to contact their pediatrician for. This also allows us to follow illness trends and keep the rest of the school community aware; while maintaining confidentiality.
